LDH (Lactate dehydrogenase) is an enzyme in your body that plays a role in carbohydrate metabolism. Helps in assessing tissue damage and cellular turnover- Supports evaluation of hemolysis, liver disease, and myocardial infarction- Useful in monitoring lymphoma, leukemia, and other malignancies- Aids in identifying ischemic conditions.
